I am an Enrolled agent who has been helping taxpayers for the many years.  I have seen many different situations, which has given me the experience and confidence to excel at the highest level.  I have also worked extensively with clients from California, dealing with the Franchise Tax Board.

Only enrolled agents are required to demonstrate to the IRS their competence in all areas of taxation, representation and ethics before they are given unlimited representation rights before IRS. Unlike attorneys and CPAs, who are state licensed and who may or may not choose to specialize in taxes, all enrolled agents specialize in taxation.

I take pride in giving every prospect I talk to a true evaluation of what I can and cannot do for them.  I never use high pressure sales tactics to scare people into action.  I always make sure the expectation of every individual case can be met.
